Hi! I’m Mohannad Ali, founder of Lucid Mayhem, where we build and operate AI-native companies through small teams and fleets of AI agents.

Our first project is Tomo: “Duolingo for everything.” Tomo uses AI to turn any topic into a personalized, gamified course, with bite-sized lessons, streaks, hearts, and leagues. It’s now live, with more projects already in motion.

Before Lucid Mayhem, I was Chief Strategy Officer at Contentsquare, which I joined through its acquisition of Hotjar, where I served as CEO. Before Hotjar, I led engineering and product at HelloFresh.

I write semi-regularly about what I’m learning while building Lucid Mayhem and Tomo, as well as startups, leadership, technology, and artificial intelligence.
